My name is Brendan Hewitt. I am 21 years old I’m from Sherwood Park, Alberta. I am coming to Victory House Baja for a month starting July 28th.

My name is Elishya Takats. I am 17 years old I’m from Sherwood Park, Alberta. I am a grade 12 student; I enjoy playing sports and the outdoors, but not a fan of bugs. I became a Christian at a young age, however did not consider God as a priority until I was quite a bit older. The church I attend back home is Victory Church in the Park. This is my second visit to the Victory Mission Base. I came in November of 2009 with a team from our church and had an amazing experience and wanted to come back again!

My name is Brittany Supina, and I am sixteen and a half years old. I live in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta with my awesome parents and with two little sisters that mean the world to me . I love Jesus, playing my guitar, hanging out with my friends, and going on adventures. I've only been here for one day, but i have already learned a lot. For example, in Tijuana, red traffic lights don't always mean stop, and sketchy looking tacos actually taste incredible . I am awfully excited to see the amazing work God is doing in Mexico, and I am so thankful to be able to be a part of it. These next five weeks in Ensenada may be the greatest adventure of my life so far!

My name is Sydney Medd. I am a grade 12 student from Victoria, BC, Canada. I have a Mom and Dad who are strong Christ followers and have raised me to believe in Jesus. I also have an older brother who has always been a huge role model in life. Ill be down here for 4 weeks and I already miss everyone back home. I always knew God was real but my relationship with him was always unstable but in the last while, I have really enjoyed getting closer to Him and learning how big of an impact He can have on me and everyone around me. I like snowboarding, playing guitar, and reading (sometimes). I'm really looking forward to seeing what can happen around me and through me while I am here in Mexico.

Hi, my name is Nathan Carothers. I am a 19 year part-time student from Sherwood Park, Alberta. I currently have a full-time job and I like to work out, draw and play with my dog (when I'm not in Mexico). I got saved when I was seven and my parents pastor Victory Church in the Park. I work well with kids and have a passion to work with and raise up our youth. This is my second visit to the Victory Mission Base. I came in November of 2009 with a team from our church and couldn't wait to get back to the Baja. Representing Victory Church in the Park here in Ensenada, Mexico!
